Inventory Financing:

Inventory financing refers to the process where the seller can apply for a loan from financial institutions (us) by pledging the inventory goods as collateral while the products are held in the seller’s inventory. After the loan is granted, we, on behalf of the seller, pay the purchase price to their trading partners. The pledged goods will be stored in warehouses designated by us, and we are responsible for managing the security and quantity of the goods.

During the storage period, the ownership of the goods remains with the seller, but we, as the pledgee, are responsible for the custody and monitoring of the goods. If the seller needs to retrieve the goods, we will release the corresponding quantity of goods upon the seller’s payment of the relevant purchase price, according to the terms of the contract.

This model provides financing convenience, ensuring the seller’s cash flow while safeguarding the security and management of the goods, thereby minimizing the pressure of capital occupation on the seller.

Order Financing: When there are orders from buyers or sellers, we provide financial support for the order, ensuring the smooth execution of the transaction.
